Production and Shipping Times

Unless I have your particular design and size in stock (which is fairly rare), limited edition wall art is produced on demand and drop shipped directly to you as soon as it is printed.
Production time is typically 2-3 business days but may be longer depending on how busy the printer is.
Once your item has been printed and shipped, I will notify you by email and supply you with the tracking number for the package.
Shipping times vary, but in general, you can expect your art to arrive within 1 week after it is printed. National service and shipping delays can impact this timing.
Altogether, you can generally expect your print to arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase.

I package and ship original works directly from my studio.
If I do not have your item already made, I set to work immediately making your item. If this is the case, I will contact you right away to give you a production time estimate, which depends on the complexity of the piece and my current backlog.
I usually ship non-commissioned pieces within 2 business days of when you place your order (or when the item is completed, if it's not already in stock). Shipping time after that is generally just a few days, but depends a bit on the size of the piece and your location.
Once I have shipped your work, I will send you the tracking number with an anticipated delivery date.

Considering the size and value of larger works, I strongly recommend that you make arrangements to have someone at home to sign for and receive the artwork, or make arrangements with the courier to pick it up from them. I will be in touch with you to arrange the appropriate delivery.

All items in the shop can be shipped within the contiguous US. Shipping options and pricing will be shown at checkout and depend on the quantity, size, and weight of your selected items.

Requests for shipping outside of the contiguous United States and expedited shipping will be charged at cost.
If you reside outside of the contiguous United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, please contact me at orders@philwebsterdesign.com with your full address and the item(s) you are interested in purchasing, and I will let you know the shipping options.
Please note that you will be responsible for any duties and taxes required for international shipping.
