Refund policy
Limited Edition Wall Art
All sales on limited edition wall art are final. This is because each piece is custom printed at the time you order it and is sent directly to you from the printer. However, if a piece arrives damaged, it will be replaced free of charge, as long as you follow the steps below.
If your piece arrives damaged in any way, do the following within 2 days of receipt:
- Take a picture of the damage on the box (if any), the damage on the piece, and the shipping label.
- Notify me in writing of the problem at orders@philwebsterdesign.com, and attach the three photos.
Once I have confirmed that your item is eligible for replacement, I will immediately order a reprint. Reprints will arrive in roughly the same amount of time as the original print did from the time of your order.
Original Wall Art, Sculptures, and Lamps
I work hard to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase ahead of time and are delighted when you receive your art. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, I want to work just as hard to make things right for you.
Original artwork, sculptures, and lamps can be returned within 7 days of receipt for full credit towards a different piece. I’m happy to work with you to figure out what about the piece you selected isn’t what you expected and suggest an alternate piece or discuss a commissioned piece.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be repacked in the original packaging. For this reason, it is important that you be careful when unpacking and repacking your artwork.
To return piece for a credit:
- Notify me in writing of the problem at orders@philwebsterdesign.com within 7 days of receipt.
- Carefully repackage the piece in the original packing materials.s
- Ship the piece back to: Phil Webster Design, 3250 S Arizona Ave 3045, Chandler, AZ 85248.
- Once I receive the piece and verify that it is in original condition, I will issue your credit in the form of an electronic gift card.
Notes regarding return shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
